Preamble.

Whereas it is expedient to extend the provisions of the "Licensed Theatres Ordinance 1862" to places of public exhibition and entertainment other than and besides those mentioned in the said Ordinance and to amend the said Ordinance in other particulars :

Be It Therefore Enacted by the Superintendent of the Province of Otago with the advice and consent of the Provincial Council thereof as follows:—
