Form of Application for License for a Hawker Trading on Foot.

To the Clerk of the Bench at

I, A B (here insert name, residence, and addition) hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to the Resident Magistrate or Justices holding a Court of Petty Sessions at____on the____day of____18____, for a Hawker's and Pedlar's License, authorising me to carry on my person goods, wares, page 55 and merchandise for the purpose of sale, travelling on foot only, without any horse or other animal bearing or drawing burden, within the Province of Otago.
