appeal to the next G.C. meeting, or to the branches, against such decision, by forwarding their appeals through the E.C., together with a list of the members appealing. If the members of the society or G.C. decide against the appeal of any branch, the members who voted for such appeal shall pay all expenses incurred."—Carried unanimously.
