"That as long as eight members in the entire society hold together, conforming to the rules, this society shall not be dissolved: but whenever the number of members in this society is reduced to seven by deaths, and byexclusions in conformity with rule, a majority of the seven survivors may, in meeting assembled at the registered office, finally dissolve this society, and after discharging all debts and liabilities legally incurred in the society's name, they may divide the funds among the whole of the members in equal portions."—Carried unanimously.
