I.O.O.F., Office Grand Corresponding and Recording Secty. R.W.G.L.U.S., Baltimore, Md., Joseph Braithwaite, Esq., G.M., Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand.

Dear Sir and Brother,—

The papers you so kindly sent (of September 8 and 9, 1876) advise that you have received "no reports since 1872" of the G.L.U.S. The journals have been regularly forwarded to the G. Lodge of Australia, to Bro. Vine, G. Sec., until his decease, and since then to Bro. J. H. B. Curtis, 7 Collins-street, Melbourne. I have now forwarded to Bro. Curtis one box containing Journals of 1876 for G.L. of Australia and G. Encampment of Victoria, and six packages addressed to you, which contain five copies Journal of 1872, ten each 1873, 1874, and 1875, eighteen of 1876, and one copy G.L. of German Empire August session of 1876. I hope they will reach you in good time, and the G.L. of New Zealand be as pleased to receive them as the G.L.U.S. is to send them.

We shall be glad to have you forward us the back numbers, so far as obtainable, of proceedings of G.L. of New Zealand, that we may have them bound, and placed in the G. Lodge Library, the three copies of session of August and September, 1875, recently received, being the only one3 we have had the pleasure of receiving.

Yours fraternally,

Theo. A. Ross, Asst. G. Secy.
