Monthly Contributions for the following Benefits after 12 months' membership

Sick Benefits, to Age 65.

20s. per week for the first six months' sickness

10s. per week for the second six months' sickness

5s. per week for any sickness after a continued sickness of 12 months.

Annuity of 10s. per week, payable quarterly during life, after age 65.

Funeral Benefits.

£20 on the death of a member

£10 on the death of a member's wife (for one wife only).

Contributions payable during the whole term of life.

Thirteen monthly payments per annum.
