Section XX.—Committees.
1.—The Fedows, in General Meeting assembled, or the Council, may appoint Committees to examine into and report on any special matters, scientific or otherwise, relating to the objects or concerns of the Society.
2.—Every Committee may be dissolved by the authority which appointed it.
3.—Every Committee shad cause minutes to be taken of its proceedings, page 62 and shall produce the original minutes, if required, to the authority which appointed it.
4.—Every Committee shall report, when called on, to the authority which appointed it.
5.—Every Committee may appoint its own Chairman and Secretary.
