B. Transfer of Share or Shares.

I,_________one of the members of The Wellington and Hutt Building Society, 1875, in consideration of £_________paid to me by________and also in consideration of_________paid by the said_________to the funds of the said Society, being a fee payable thereto, according to the Rules of the said Society, do hereby assign and transfer to the said_________executors, administrators, and assigns_________share, subject to the payments and regulations prescribed by the Rules aforesaid; and I the said_________do hereby agree to accept the said share, subject to the same payments, rules, and regulations.
