VI.—Solicitor.
1. The Solicitor of this Society shall transact all necessary
business of this Society the Committee may require him to transact, for which he shall receive a reasonable allowance; and in strict accordance with these regulations, the cost and charges of all mortgages and securities to the Society shall be paid and borne by the party or parties giving such security or securities, and deducted out of the money to be advanced by the Society; and should any objection be made to the charges of the Solicitor, the same shall be referred to the Committee, who shall decide upon the reasonableness or otherwise of such charges, which decision is to be final and binding on all parties.
