1. When the whole of the subscriptions, fines, and other payments on any realised share or shares have been paid by page 23 any Member, the Trustees for the time being shall, if requested, endorse upon the mortgage given to the Society by such Member a receipt for all monies intended to be secured thereby in the form, pursuant to "The Building and Land Societies' Act, 1860," as set forth in Schedule E, appended to these Rules, and shall deliver up the same with all other deeds and documents relating to such mortgage which shall have been deposited with them by such Member; subject nevertheless to the provisions contained in these Rules. Provided always that any Member shall be entitled to a reconveyance of the property mortgaged at his own cost.
