page 221. All the payments by way of fees and fines that may be made by any Member or Members are to be considered as part of the assets of the Society, and to be employed in the increase of the general fund, and the same shall be paid with and in addition to the next monthly subscription money. All payments which shall become due from any Member for and on account of his share or shares when the mode and time of payment are not hereinbefore prescribed shall be made in one sum at the next monthly meeting, unless the Board of Directors shall consent that the same may be paid by instalments.
