II. Entrance Fee and Admission of Members.

1. Any person desirous of becoming a member of the Society

may do so upon the payment of an entrance fee of one shilling per share, or half share, and on giving the Manager his christian and surname, profession, trade, or business, and place of abode, in accordance with the form of Schedules A and B, appended to these Rules. There shall be two classes of members, termed "Investing Members" and "Borrowing Members."
2. Every member shall on the monthly pay day in January

of each year, pay the sum of one shilling in respect of each and every share held by such member whether such shares be investing or borrowing shares, and the funds derived from this source shall be placed to the credit of an account to be called "Working Expense Fees."

Minors and females may become members.

3. Minors (with the consent of their parents or guardians) may become investing members of the Society, but shall not be allowed to vote or hold any office; and may sell out or withdraw, and their receipt or that of their parents or guardians on their behalf shall be good discharges to the Society for all moneys therein expressed to be received; and such parents or guardians may vote at meetings.

4. Females may also become members, and shall be entitled to vote but not to hold any office.
