Every Member of the Association shall pay an entrance fee of 2s. 6d. per share on every share taken up; and also one shilling additional on entrance, and on the monthly pay-day in January of each succeeding year, in advance, for working expenses, in respect of each and every share held by such member, whether such share shall have been realised or not.
