Auditors

Auditors.

30. The Trustees shall prepare a general statement of the funds and effects of the Society, to be presented at the annual general meeting, specifiying in whose custody or possession the said funds or effects shall be then remaining, together with an account of all sums of money received and expended on account of the Society since the publication of the last annual statement. For the purpose of auditing this annual statement, there shall be two Auditors of the Society, one to be appointed annually by the Board, and one by the shareholders at each annual general meeting, the retiring Auditors to be eligible for re-appointment. All books and papers shall be open to their inspection at any time, to enable them to make the audit of the annual statement, for which the Board may allow such remuneration as they deem proper.
