Whereas it is expedient to alter the Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington

Be it Therefore Enacted by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows:—

	Title.
	Preamble.
1.	Short Title.
2.	A Land Board to be established.
3.	Board to decide, &c.
4.	How vacancy of member of Council to be supplied.
5.	Board to be open.
6.	Minutes to be kept.
7.	In future acquired districts.
8.	Pastoral land may be purchased at 7s. 6d. per acre.
9.	Board may alter boundaries.
10.	Land Commissioner may put up land to auction at 5s. per acre.
11.	These regulations not to interfere with present interests.
12.	Sections XIII. and XIV. of present regulations repealed.
13.	Repeal of present repugnant regulations.
14.	Powers vested in the Governor.
