102. All bills of exchange, promissory notes, contracts, and other instruments which require to be signed on behalf of the Company, and which do not require to be sealed, shall be signed, with the authority of the Board, either by a Director and the Secretary, or by a Director and the Manager, or by two Directors, or by some person or persons authorised by the Board, and no other signature shall be binding on the Company.

103. The Seal shall he affixed with the authority of the Board, and in the presence of one Director, to all instruments required to be sealed; and all such instruments shall be signed by one Director, and countersigned by the Secretary, or by some substitute appointed by the Board.

104. The Company's Seal when required shall be affixed by the authority and in the presence of such persons, and the instrument sealed therewith shall be signed by such persons as the Board shall from time to time direct.
