Article I.—Annual Election of Officers and Leaders.

The Officers and Leaders shall be chosen annually, and elected by ballot, on the Sunday next following the celebration of the Anni page 14 versary, and after notice shall have been given, in presence of the Lyceum, two Sundays preceding the election. The members of all the Groups shall be entitled to vote for their Officers and Leaders at every annual election.
