Form of Conveyance by the Company to Trustees.

A Deed made this____day of____in the year of our Lord____between the New Zealand Company of the one part, and A.B., C.D., E.F., G.H., members of the local Board or Committee of the said Company at____in New Zealand of the other part, whereby the said New Zealand Company, in consideration of ten shillings sterling to them paid by the said A.B., C.D.,E.F., and G.F., the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do grant and convey unto the said A.B., C.D., E.F., G.H., their heirs and assigns, all together with the appurtenances thereto belonging, and all the estate and interest of the said New Zealand Company therein and thereto, to hold the premises with the appurtenances, unto the said A.B., C.D., E.F., and G.H., and their heirs, to the use of the said A.B., C.D., E.F., and G.H., and their heirs; and the said A.B., C.D., E.F, and G.H.. hereby respectively covenant with the said New Zealand Company and their successors, that they, and the survivors and survivor of them, will hold the premises upon the trusts which in and by an Act of Parliament passed in the____year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled "An Act to grant certain powers to the New Zealand Company," are enacted and declared concerning hereditaments to be conveyed by the said Company to trustees, or if any other trusts are intended to be declared, here set forth such trusts.
