30. By the Local Ordinance, Session VII., No. XL, it is enacted that, before the delivery of any Crown Grant, the sum of Twenty Shillings shall be paid by the person duly authorized to receive such Grant; and no other fees for or in respect of the preparation of any such Grant shall be payable thereon.
