The Government of New Zealand, having determined to call for Tenders for the Manufacture within the Colony of 100,000 tons of Steel Rails, have directed the publication of the various Reports and other papers printed herewith, for the information of those who are inclined to interest themselves in the establishment of steel works in the Colony.
