(Note.) This Form of Prayer and Thanksgiving is to be used either upon Tuesday the Twenty-first day of June next, or on any other day between the Twenty-first and the Twenty-eighth day of June inclusive.

And if it be used on Sunday the Twenty-sixth, then the whole, or else such parts as here are named, shall be used in addition to the ordinary service of the day, namely:—

After the Collect of the Day the Third Prayer in this Office, O Lord our God, Who upholdest.

After the General Thanksgiving the First Thanksgiving in this Office, Almighty God, we humbly offer.

Before the Prayer of St. Chrysostom the Prayer, Blessed Lord, the Prince.

In the end of the Holy Communion the two last Prayers with the Benediction as here appointed.
