Janet Young

Janet in a full-time third year Science student. She in Secretary of the Women's Hockey Club and has represented Victoria at Winter Tournament in 1949-50-51. She in on the committee of the Tennis Club and has been playing at Easter Tournament in 1950 and 1951. She takes a keen and active interest in the Ski Club, the Biological Society and has been a Committee member of the Indoor Basketball Club in 1950-51. Jan has proved her worth hard worker by her untiring toil the women's sporting clubs and has shown her interest in other sides of the Association's activities by interest in Extrav., etc. It has been some time since there has been a candidate of Janet's calibre for the Women's Committee and there in no doubt that she would be of great service to the Association by serving on the Executive.
