Conrad bollinger, fourth year Arts student (finishing year) with the odd law unit. Consistently active in the Tramping Club; "Salient" staff since 1947, assistant Editor 1949-50; committee of Socialist Club 1948-49, which he represented at N.Z. Student Labour Federation conferences for three years; Secretary of N.Z.S.L.F. 1950; helped frame S.L.F. Bursary Scheme adopted by VUC and N.Z.U.S.A. 1948; Convenor of present N.Z.U.S.A.-S.L.F. Bursaries Committee; Debating Society Committee 1950; official V.U.C.SA. Observer at N.Z.U.S.A. Annual Conference 1950; VUC Drama team, Winter Tournament 1948; acted in Extravs 1948-49, being co-author of the Jubilee Show; attended N.Z.U.S.A. Congresses 1949-50.
For more adequate university facilities (library, staffing, bursaries, etc.) and more responsible student participation in College management to this end; for increased student international co-operation and relief.
