Don't Do Nothing
Don't Do Nothing
Is the current energy crisis affecting you? University life is known for its sedentary nature, and along with it, potential low energy levels. If you want to do something about your physical energy level, bowl over to the Recreation Centre, and find out about the opportunities. There, you can:
- make a phone call
- eat at the cafe
- bounce on a trampoline
- throw a frisbee
- find a friend to play table tennis
- exercycle
- take a shower, or a sauna, or both
- lift some weights
- extend yourself in yoga
- practise your indoor bowling
- shoot some baskets
- or just sit in the lounge
Choices, choices, so many choices - recreation is all about choices, knowing what is available, and how to get involved.
