Support For Family
When the decision was made that I should study abroad, it was with the hope of my eventual return home to a job which would earn enough to ease the financial burden my parents face in supporting the younger members of the family.
After four years in New Zealand, the other options which were previously available to me back home, are now out of my grasp. There is no hope whatsoever of my family being able to raise the $1500 necessary to allow me entry into the Honours course. The finance required to keep me in New Zealand during these past few years without the additional handicap of an astronomical $1500 has already proven to be a burden on my parents.
I am presently facing the prospect of being left stranded, being just short of sufficiently qualified and, possessing qualifications which are totally irrelevant to whatever job I may have to settle for, when I return home.
