Does Anyone Really Care?

I had planned a brilliantly Gumboot Maniacial letter for today, but the non-publishing of letters last week has put my schedule out. Two letters will be published this week.

If you don't already know it is the Gumboot Maniac here. In the other letter I started a competition for my fellows of this hallowed place to guess my identity.

Here is the second clue.

Arsenal won the F.A. cup and I am a resident of Victoria House. Fellow residents, the people who run in the Sportsweek Fun Run, and staff of this paper are barred from the Competition.
