At the end of a violent or vigorous activity session, all those unpleasant aches and pains can be cased or avoided by a repitition of your warm-up, suppling routine at a slower and more relaxed pace. Even something as simple as five minutes easy suppling can signigicantly assist your recovery alter a hard game or training session.
