Welcome; Haere Mai; Talofa; Bien venu; [unclear: lkommen]; G'day: if you recognise that [unclear: le] lot, you will probably be aware that [unclear: new], improved, student-paid-for, [unclear: wel-ning], Recreation Centre is back in action, [unclear: tion] ranging from sitting drinking coffee [unclear: sweating] over a hot exercycle. [unclear: What- r] your activity (or inactivity).... the creation Centre will provide it.

The new timetable is displayed in the [unclear: ntre] foyer, the Union Building foyer [unclear: t] in this issue of Salient. We have [unclear: maned] to accommodate the activities of all [unclear: student] groups who asked for space but .... sorry you all couldn't have what you [unclear: nted].

Recreation specials for this year ask at reception .... our receptionist [unclear: an] .... and all will be explained.

Beginners squash

The Thursday evening fitness-for-every-one class gets a repeat on Tuesday lunch-times at 12 noon. Be in you budding skiers.

  • Dance .... modern, creative, jazz, etc; learn, be better, choreograph .... it's all here in the dance room. Beginners a speciality.
  • Personal fitness, weight losing, weight training programmes .... by appointment. Diana or Hugh are the exercise prescription dispensers.
  • Social sport .... at a social pace in a social space.
