1.	He's a student leader who is being told by the Government 1b leave in two days.
2.	Yes. I think his academic record isn't relevant, although the Government must apply thier rules as they stand.
3.	I think we should fight his case, but there's not much point. I think that James should stay on after the expiry date if he feels confident enough to do so.
