Fried Pork Satay
- 1 kati pork – thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons lard
- ¼ can of coconut cream
Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons light soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 dessertspoons oil or sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- a drop of sherry
Ingredients to be pounded fine.
- 20 small onions or
- 2 big Bombay onions
- 2-3 dessertspoons dry curry powder.
1. | Mix pounded ingredients together with the seasoning, the coconut milk and sliced pork and marinate for 2 hours. |
2. | Heat pan with lard and fry marinated pork over a hot flame for 5 minutes and lower flame to cook almost dry. |
