Fried Pork Satay

  • 1 kati pork – thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • ¼ can of coconut cream

Seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons light soya sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 dessertspoons oil or sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • a drop of sherry

Ingredients to be pounded fine.

  • 20 small onions or
  • 2 big Bombay onions
  • 2-3 dessertspoons dry curry powder.
1.Mix pounded ingredients together with the seasoning, the coconut milk and sliced pork and marinate for 2 hours.
2.Heat pan with lard and fry marinated pork over a hot flame for 5 minutes and lower flame to cook almost dry.
