I would like to congratulate Patrick Mulrennan on his excellent letter in last weeks Salient and I would like to take this oppurtunity to follow his lead and complain about the fictitious letters that have been appearing under my name recently.

I cannot understand why the perpetrator of this fraud could have believed that he could get away with it as everyone knows that I cannot read or write and have to dictate my letters to my seeing eye dog who has only lust returned from his trip to Australia. My only explanation is that someone must have been sorting through some old Salient's and seen my name and decided to use it.
