Rangiriri and Whiwhi Martin Winiata Memorial Bursary
The Maori Education Foundation administers the above mentioned bursary which has an annual value of 12,280. The Bursary shall be awarded to a person of Maori descent for the general purpose of enabling post graduate study at a university, university college, or other institution of higher learning either in New Zealand or overseas.
The Bursary is normally tenable for a period of two years but may be varied in relation to the requirements of the course of study. Tenure is subject to annual review and depends upon the bursar making satisfactory progress.
