International Students Conference

An International Students Conference is being held in Auckland from May 11 to May 16 (2nd week of May holidays). This conference is open to all interested students, with a programme oriented towards discussing the politics, culture etc., of countries from which students come to New Zealand. This includes sessions on Fiji, Malaysia/Singapore, South Africa, and N.Z. student politics as they affect overseas students, and numerous meals and fun times.

The cost of the conference will be $ 10, enrolment fee and travel to and from Auckland. SRC last Wednesday agreed to sponsor up to 3 delegates from Victoria, and the executive has set aside $50 for this.
