The Peanut Crunch
The Peanut Crunch
Sir,
The peanut machine in the Union Hall has, over the past week or so, been the cause of much undue worry and strife. It's recent fancy for itself in the role of a gambling device as opposed to an effective dispatcher of goods has resulted in the loss of a lot of money, leaving many students sorely dissatisfied.
The real crunch came, however when this infernal device locked itself into a men's lavatory in the student union building, causing general annoyance as well as a near-serious accident.
There are many members of the university who have been put to a lot of trouble by the peanut machine and we suggest that the simplist way of dealing with the problem is that the machine be removed as soon as possible.
