Loss of MSA ACM Minutes

The editors,

The Secretary of the MSA stated in his annual report to the Association [unclear: iation's] Annual General Meeting that they (the committee) had to start in the red from the beginning of this financial year.

At the same time, he reported to the Association's members that he has lost the minutes of the 1972 AGM. Hence, the Association's meeting could Not confirm the election of their officers to office.

The secretary and the President came along to the meeting and impudently put the blame for the loss on the past secretary. Mr Iboh.

Commonsense tells the members that Mr Iboh had nothing to do with the loss of the minutes of last year's AGM. It is only reasonable to assume that since the Association had no money to be able to afford to buy any,[unclear: serviettes] the President had to use [unclear: st] year's minutes of the AGM as [unclear: serviettes] during their first coffee [unclear: even- in] March this year.
