Wednesday 27 March. 7.45 p.m. at 34 Kelburn Parade. The VUW Philisophical Society AGM followed by "Paradox lost and Paradigms re-regained". Speaker: C. J. F. Parkin.

Appointments Board: Students seeking part-time or casual employment (i.e. non- Mr type) call at the Appointments Board Office, 6 Kelburn Parade, to register. As from Monday 18th March. no further notices of vacancies will appear on the noticeboards.

Accommodation Service: Improvements in standards of accommodation for university students depend on up-to-date statistics A number of students registered with the Accommodation Service have not yet advised the Accommodation Officer that they have found accommodation. The survey on the number of students obtaining their preferred type of accommodation depends on students registered with the Service reporting back when they have obtained accommodation. either through the Service or by other means.

If you registered with the Service and have not already advised the Service that you have found accommodation. please contact the Accommodation Officer.

Several students have reported thefts of personal property from campus cloakrooms. Students are reminded that it is in their own interest not to leave valuables and money in cloakrooms or outside lecture rooms.

The Health Department X- ray unit will be at the University in late April.
