Anyone Seen The "Mayor's Office"?

A reproachful letter came from the Town Hall requesting the return of two notices removed during the Orientation Ball. One came from outside the Traffic Office; the other, worse still, bore the legend "Mayor's Office." "Salient" is watching a certain flat in Kelburn. If these notices are not forthcoming the Student Association will be paying for them out of funds—your funds.
