"I strongly indicated that an Immediate Inquiry was necessary to ascertain to what extent, if any, these cars had been misused. The executive subsequently directed that the finance committee meet within one week to investigate the account.

"Such things as the number of cars hired, the length of hire, number of excess miles, extent of private use, reasons for franchise, etc., will be discussed."
