Salient. An Organ of Student Opinion at Victoria College, Wellington, N.Z. Vol. 18, No. 8. June 17, 1954

Grahame Hubbard

Grahame Hubbard

Grahame is known by his many friends throughout the University to possess a drive and enthusiasm for any task he enters on which would make him a very decided acquisition to the Association's Executive.

A fourth-year Law and Arts student, he is a stalwart of the Debating Club and has done fine work with the S.C.M. His high ideals and energetic approach, together with a capacity for intelligent and level thinking, are qualities which have strongly impressed his fellows at Weir.

I am convinced that if elected he would make an outstandingly capable and conscientious Executive member.

Nominator:—Norman Harris.

Seconders:—Ian Longstaff, Guy Powles.
