W. M. Sheat

Bill Sheat, or Uncle Bill as he is almost always never known, noted expert on Extrav (author, actor, publicity, etc.) culminating in the production of this year's show. Has done: Graduated B.A., LL.B., Ways and Means and Headquarters staff previous Tournaments, term on Exec., four years Drama Club president, three Tournaments in Drama team, "Capplcade" staff—assistant editor, business manager, Joint winner inter University Law Moot, co-editor with liaison officer of next year's Orientation Handbook. Will do: Improve Extrav administration. "Cappicade" circulation to 20,000, show community how useful students are, bring commonsense and a number of years' experience to all student problems.
