Swimming

This, the peer of all summer sports, demands your support. There is nothing so pleasant as an hour's relaxation, tempered with the occasional burst of energy, in clear water in the quiet of a summer's evening—in company, of course, with the other sex who are showing off their charms as effectively as convention permits.

The club meets every Thursday night at Thorndon baths from 7-8 p.m.. during which time competent coaches train in breast-stroke, backstroke, freestyle, and diving. There are also the two water polo teams, "A" and "C" grade, to join. We open on Thursday, 17th November, at 7 p.m. If you want to know anything else get in touch with L. B.
