Capitation Fees

This hardy annual was again introduced by O.U., who considered that as N.Z.U.S.A.'s activities were curtailed as a result of the war, the College capitation fees should be reduced by one-third. After some discussion the motion was lost on the grounds that it was desirable to build up N.Z. U.S.A.'s finances for post-war activities, and that in any case the relief to Colleges would be small.
