CRIDLAND, Henry John 1821–1867

Surveyor for the NZ Company in Canterbury in 1850s. In 1864–65 he bought the station 'Scarness', in 1869 he was at Spaxton. A copy made by Mrs E. M. Hocken of his drawing of Deans' farm at Riccarton 1850 is in Hocken. Represented: Canterbury Museum and Turnbull.
