No. 501 (1908).—Petition of Raunateri Patuone and 3 Others, of Rangiahua.

Petitioners pray that the partition order of the Whakanekeneke Block may be set aside, and that other orders may be made in accordance with the facts.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that the petition be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.

No. 501 (1908).—Pitihana a Raunateri Patuone me etahi atu tokotoru, o Rangiahua.

E inoi ana ko te ota wehewehe mo Whakanekeneke Poraka me whakakore atu, a me whakaputa atu etahi ota hou e hangai ana ki runga ki nga take pono.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ripoata, e penei ana te kupu tohutohu atu a te Komiti, me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria paitia.
