No. 827 (1907).—Petition of Heneriata Haeata, of Opotiki.

Petitioner prays that the present documents of title to Whakapaupakihi No. 4 Block be cancelled, and that legislation be passed remedying the wrong suffered by the petitioner, so that she may be sole owner in the said Block.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.

E inoi ana ko nga pukapuka taitara e mana nei i naianei mo Whakapaupakihi Nama 4 Poraka me whakakore atu, a me paahi hoki he rarangi ture hei whakaora i te mate kua pa ki te kai-pitihana, ara kia tu ko ia anake te tangata mona taua Poraka.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ripoata, e penei ana te kupu tohutohu a te Komiti, me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawaoatanga kia whriwhiria paitia.
