No. 304 (1907).—Petition of Rangiaukaha Kawharu, of Rangitoto Island.
Petitioner prays for a further hearing of appointment of successors to the interest of Ngapera Kawharu, deceased, in the Rangitoto No. 2 and No. 3 Blocks.
I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration and inquiry.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ripoata, ki te whakaaro a te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria paitia a kia uiuia hoki.
