No. 35 (1907).—Petition of Wiremu Pita and Another, of Whangarei.
Petitioners pray for compensation, &c., for the interest of Wi Tawaha (deceased) alleged to have been acquired by the Crown in the Opuawhango No. 3 Block.
I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry.
