No. 424, 1905.—Petition of Hare Tana, of Omapere, Hokianga.

Petitioner prays for rehearing in connection with succession to interests of the late Tahana Marupo, in Waiwhatawhata No 1a and No. 2 Blocks.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.
