No. 411, 1905.—Petition of Patara te Tuhi Maioha and Another.
Petitioners pray that the awards of the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court in connection with Te Akau Block may be set aside and the recommendation of the Royal Commission be confirmed.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry.

E inoi ana kia whakakorea atu nga whakatau a te Tumuaki kai-whakawa o te Kooti Whenua Maori i whakaputa ai mo Te Akau Poraka, a kia whakamanaia ko te Whakatau a nga Roiara Komihana.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia uiuia.
