Nos. 390 and 640, 1905.—Petitions of Mohi te Wara Ngawaka and Keritoke te Ahu.

Petitioners pray for further inquiry into succession to the late Mohi te Wara, deceased owner in Whangape, Lot 21, and other lands.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry.

No. 390 me No. 640, 1905.—Nga Pitihana a Mohi te Wara Ngakawa raua ko Keritoke te Ahu.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia uiuia ano te whakatuunga o nga kai-riiwhi mo Mohi te Wara, kua mate, koia nei tetahi o nga tangata no ratou a Whangape, Rota 21, me etahi atu whenua.

Kua Whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawantanga kia uiuia.
